1. Orders & Processing
All Coffeinds products are made-to-order using Print-On-Demand (POD) partners. This means each item is brewed just for you. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking info. We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or caffeine shortages in the postal system (yes, we said it).
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer general returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@coffeinds.com within 14 days. We'll replace it faster than you can say “double shot, no foam.”
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We don’t store payment info — our coffee brains aren’t built for that kind of pressure.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, slogans, logos, and content on coffeinds.com are owned by us. Please don’t steal our stuff — we’d hate to spill hot legal coffee on you.
