Returns & Refund Policy
Stuff happens. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refund drama — no caffeine required.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Perishables (coffee, snacks, etc.)
- Health/personal care items
- Anything flammable or... weirdly dangerous
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And please — don’t send it back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs/DVDs/tapes/games/vinyl
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Returns requested after 30 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Check with your bank (they're slow sometimes).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final — because discounts are already a gift.
Exchanges
We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email us at support@coffeinds.com with photos, and we’ll help you swap for the same item.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll refund the original buyer and let them know you returned it (awkward, but necessary).
Shipping Returns
Please mail your return to:

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was our fault (e.g., misprint, wrong item, damaged). Return shipping is non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
If the item is expensive, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We can't guarantee that we’ll receive your return without it.
